True freshman. 6-foot-2, 185-pounds with room for added strength. The right-hander is an athletic mover with a quick arm, reaching up to 89.3 mph with his fastball and sitting 87-88 mph with up to 21.9 of IVB. He went to a downer 11/5 breaking ball at 73-76 mph, kept down below the zone. His final offering was a split changeup at 72-74 mph, flashing downward action.
Body: 6-foot-2, 175-pound lengthy build.
Hit: (RHH) Solid above average. Started in a tall wide stance with a high load, then used a short stride. Explosive bat speed. Good extension on his finish, level swing. Aggressive approach.
Power: 90 mph exit velocity, average 83.16 mph. 72.59 mph bat speed average. 25.29 mph hand speed average.
Defense: (IF) Firm hands, average footwork, lengthy exchange. Capable. Movements laterally were average.

Above average on the mound, showed good arm speed, also used a arm angle with a long arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses high effort. Has a consistent balance point and downhill shoulders. Shows an upright finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 81-82 mph; shows decent control and running action. His 11/5 curveball (63-66) has gradual action. Showed decent control and sinking action on his changeup (68-68).
