6/16/15 - 6-foot-1, 190-pounds, athletic frame, uses long arm action through a high-3/4 slot, quick arm, regular effort in delivery, fastball sat 85-88 mph, mostly straight, 68-70 mph curveball shows good depth and 11/5 action thrown for strikes, has good feel for 76-78 mph changeup working the bottom of the zone, allowed two hits and struck out one (swinging on CH) in his inning of work, continues to develop into one of the top uncommitted arms in 2016 class.
As a position player, right-handed hitter hits from a balanced stance, short stride, shows some power to the pull side, has made strides as a hitter, flashes bat speed, 91 mph exit velocity, shows some speed with 4.45 home to first base time, went 1-for-4 in game play with a single up the middle. Plays through the ball well in the outfield with athletic actions, long high-3/4 release, very good arm strength at 88 mph with carry, solid combination of speed and arm strength defensively.

2/14/15 - 6-foot-1, 190-pound RHP showed a jump in velocity since last summer. Uses long arm action working through a high-3/4 slot, regular effort in delivery, occasionally lands open when throwing his fastball, fastball is straight at 85-86 mph topping at 87 once, showed one of the better curveballs of the event at 68-72 mph with 12/6 action and very good depth, shows good feel for his 73-74 mph changeup that is mostly straight, shows ability to throw secondary pitches for strikes and continues to develop into a top arm in the 2016 class.
6/17/14 - 6-foot-1, 190-pound RHP showed a jump in velocity since last summer. As a position player with lean and athletic build, projectable frame with room to add, plays through the ball well in the outfield, exchange tends to be slow with extra steps before release of the baseball, showed some of the best arm strength of the day at 89 mph with carry through an over the top arm slot.  At the plate, hits from a balanced setup and loads up big on his back side, arm bar creates long swing path, line drive type hitter, showed ability to create bat speed with 90 mph tee exit velocity, ran 4.69 down the first base line, went 0-for-5 in game play.  On the mound, uses long arm action through a high ¾ arm slot, has shown significant recent velocity gains, fastball was mainly straight at 84-85 mph, curveball was better at previous event as he tended to get under it on this occasion at 64 mph, changeup showed some sink and fade at 72-73 mph, allowed no hits and struck out two of the five batters he faced, potential to be high-level prospect on the mound with additional velocity gains likely.
2/16/14 - 6-foot-1, 167-pound prospect with long and lanky frame, uses long arm action through a high ¾ arm slot, aggressive hip load, continue to show an increase in velocity, fastball sat 81-83 with some cutting action, showed good command of 65-69 mph curveball that showed depth and sharp 11/5 action, changeup is solid at 73-74 mph with some sink and fade, arm is loose and projectable, projects for additional velocity as frame fills in, definite prospect to follow in 2016 class.
1/19/14 - 6-foot-1, 165-pound , attacks the ball well on the ground, plays through the ball, clean exchange and showed a big increase in arm strength at 86 mph (81 at previous event) from a high ¾ slot.  At the plate, hits from a balanced setup with a leg kick trigger, good rhythm in swing, uses lower half well, short path to the ball and gets to extension well, ran a 4.58 down the first base line, 79 mph tee exit velocity, solid 2016 prospect continues to get better each time we see him, did not pitch at this event but would expect to see velocity gains on the mound given the increase in arm strength from the outfield.
7/9/13 - 6-foot, 155-pound prospect with lanky build and projectable frame, ran a 7.33 60 yard dash and showcased an 81 mph outfield arm with online carry.  At the plate, hits from a balanced/crouch setup, uses a toe tap trigger, minimal stride, showed some improved lower half use over previous event, increased tee exit velocity 2 mph to 76 mph.  On the mound, shows good rhythm in delivery, mechanics stay on-line, uses long arm action through a high ¾ arm slot, fastball sat 77-79 mph (3-4 mph increase over January event) and is straight, had a tendency to bury 2-seamer, showed decent command of his curveball at 62-64 mph with 11/5 action, throws a solid changeup with good arm action at 68-69 mph with some arm-side run, also throws a slider with similar action to his curveball at 64-66 mph, projectable frame should continue to add more velocity in the future.
1/21/13 - Horsley is a 6-foot, 152-pound, young prospect.  He throws from a high ¾ arm slot and showed a straight fastball at 74-75 mph.  He has a tendency to slow his arm speed on his 12/6 curveball that sat at 58-59 mph.  His change up shows promise as a good secondary pitch as it showed good  run and sink at 65-66 mph.  Horsley is a young prospect on the mound with projectability and will continue to get better as he adds to his frame and gets physically stronger.  As outfielder, needs to be more aggressive playing through the ball, 79 mph arm strength with more to come.  Offensively, wide base, toe tap trigger, no stride, needs to get more lower half torque in swing, registered 74 mph exit velocity, ran 5.19 40 yard dash, good, young prospect with raw skills that will continue to develop.
