Braydan Spedale: OF/LHP, (2020) Denham Springs, LA. LSU-Eunice JC Commit, 5-foot-10, 165-pound athletic frame. At the plate, the left-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 84 mph. Setup was comprised of a smooth load and athletic stance. Had a level swing plane, as well as electric bat speed and extension on his finish. Pull side approach. While throwing from the outfield, he displayed power in his arm with throws up to 91 mph;had athletic feet and a quick exchange. Showed a long arm action with an-over-the-top slot. He established speed as one of his strengths with an efficient 60 time of 6.87. On the mound, he threw from an over-the-top angle and had quick arm speed. He is a tall-and-fall type pitcher. His fastball came in at 82-85 mph and topped out at 85 mph; shows running action with slight movement. His curveball (66-69) shows in the zone control and gradual action.
10/28/18 Long 5-foot-10, 150-pound frame. Outfielder with receptive hands, fluid footwork with clean exchanges while working through athletically. Long, arm action into high-¾ release posted a positional velocity of 87 mph. Left-handed hitter that hits from tall, balanced, athletic setup, works backwards with the subtle leg lift, and short stride. Line drive type approach with short path and looseness in uphill finish, produced exit velocity of 80 mph. Showed athleticism running a 6.79 60-yard dash. Left-handed pitcher with long, loose arm action into high-¾ release, solid balance, and regular effort. Fluid rhythm with level shoulders, lands square, and finishes athletic. Fastball sat 76-79 mph, topping at 80 mph. Breaking ball showed 2/7 shape with near fastball arm speed at 67-68 mph.
