Physical 5-foot-10, 180-pound frame with present strength. Left-handed hitter hits from a slightly closed, upright stance with a closed front hip. The setup is a bit unconventional but it works really well for him. Uses a small leg lift load, landing strong while maintaining balanced positions throughout. Flashes a short compact stroke with a flat path with above average bat speed and extension through contact into a two-hand finish. Also, pitched an inning where the left-hander punched out two while working up to 84 mph while showing elite spin on the breaking ball.
