Delivery: Starts in middle of rubber and stays there, strides out to 1B side, ball comes out of glove for split second on leg lift then back in as he sinks into lower half to move down the slope, strides on-line and finishes square to his target
Arm Action: RH. Short arm path, 3/4 release
FB: T82.5, 81-82 mph. Some life through the zone, can command to glove and arm side T2154, 2105 average rpm.
CB: 70-71 mph. Short and tight "11-5" break T2323, 2268 average rpm.
CH: 75-75 mph. Tunnels well off FB, keeps same arm stroke, and has late fade down in zone T1796, 1707 average rpm.
Body: 5-10, 155-pounds.
Hits: RHH. Starts in a wider base, upright with upper half, good rhythm in hands, simple load and stride to get front foot down Works down through the baseball with a level two-handed finish, stays in back leg and stays balanced, worked line drives to the middle and pull-side of the field

Hit: RHH. Starts in a squared off, balanced, and athletic stance using a simple load and stride. Level and flat path to contact with level extension working gap to gap in his approach.
Power: 86.2 max exit velocity, averaged 82.2 mph. 325’ max distance.
Arm: RH. INF - 82 mph. Short and quick with a high 3/4 release
Defense: Received the ball out front with soft hands playing low to the ground with athletic footwork, moved well to left and right and threw from different arm angles with accuracy.
Run: 7.07 runner in the 60.
Our review of Garrett is very similar to Gavin's (above) and they are twin brothers to boot. Posted a 7.16 in the 60. Much like his brother, he took a clean round of infield and recorded a positional velocity of 83 mph, which puts him in the Top 5 from the event. He also took a really good BP round with a sound right-handed swing, direct path to contact, and level extension through the baseball.
