10/29/16 A 6-foot-3, 180-pound right-handed pitcher and outfielder with a lanky, athletic frame. Long, loose arm action into high-3/4 release with quick arm speed and easy effort. Smooth rhythm, level shoulders, in-line direction, lands square and finishes athletic. Fastball sat 81-83 mph with solid angle and control. Breaking ball showed 11/5 shape with gradual break and near fastball arm speed at 63-65 mph. Also showed a changeup with near fastball arm speed and fade action at 72-74 mph. Solid defender with average hands, solid footwork, and clean exchanges. Long, loose arm action into high-3/4 release with accuracy and carry on throws that produced a positional velocity of 82 mph. Right-handed hitter that hits from crouch, smooth load, leg kick and quality lower half. Opposite field type hitter with some rhythm, in and out path with strength at contact and bat speed that produced an exit velocity of 87 mph. Also posted a 7.57 60-yard dash.
