Beckett Bailey: 1B/RHP, (2026) Saint Paul Diocesan, MA. 5-foot-9, 175-pound athletic solid build. Projectable and athletic during batting practice, Bailey had a max exit velocity of 84 mph. (70.1 mph bat speed average). (19.9 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced wide stance with a controlled load, then used a small stride. Bat speed was quick developing, had a simple loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Barreled up multiple balls with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Capable in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 76 mph; showed developing soft hands, developing consistent feet, and a natural exchange. Bat speed is developing quickly, uses a loose simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. Through the round he found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Capable while in the infield, made throws up to 76 mph; had developing consistent footwork, a natural exchange, and developing soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were  athletic. Had a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the bag. Recorded a time of 8.0 in the 60-yard dash. Projectable on the mound, showing developing arm speed he used a high ¾ arm angle and a short arm action. Stretch only type pitcher and used some effort. Has a consistent balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Threw his fastball 76-77 mph; shows command arm side around the zone and running action. (Max spin 1700; Avg 1575). His changeup (70-71) shows gradual fading action and arm side control. His slider (71-72) had glove side around the zone control and slurvey action.
