6/26/24
5-foot-10, 190-pound right-handed hitting catcher and first baseman. Ran a 7.8 sixty at the event. The setup behind the dish is solid, and the receiving is trending in the right direction. He has improved since the last time I saw him. The pop time is 2.06 and he threw 72 mph down to second base. The setup at the plate is wide with the front foot open. The front foot closes down as the ball approaches. The path is long and flat through the strike zone. The exit velocity was 93 mph. He turned in a solid showing.

Cameron Kelley: C/3B, (2026) Belmont Hill, MA. 5-foot-10, 185-pound solid athletic build. Projectable and athletic in the box, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 92 mph. Started in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then used a small stride. Bat speed was developing quickly, uses a flat loose swing plane and level finish. In the round he found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Behind the plate, his best throw downs of the day reached a max velocity of 71 mph; had athletic developing footwork, soft developing hands, and a natural transfer. had a pop time of 2.06. Clean setup. Showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a high ¾ slot and a short arm action. Clocked a time of 7.92 in the 60-yard dash.
