6-foot-2, 190-pound left-handed hitting catcher who was impressive. Showed solid receiving skills behind the dish, secures the catch well. Threw 72 mph from behind the dish as the transfer is clean and simple. The throwing is accurate, footwork can improve but the skill set to advance as a catch and throw guy is there. Pop time is 2.0. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 86 as the left-handed swing resembles Brian McCann. The set up is even with his feet, the hand separation is done properly and the bat path is flat through the ball. Solid contact made throughout the session.
