2/27/21

Vercollone is a 6-foot, 150 pound right-handed hitting outfield prospect. He hits out of a narrow, slightly open stance, with the hands set just off the back shoulder. As he begins his swing, the hand speed really sticks out. He whips the bat-head through the hitting zone, producing a lot of loud contact and a max exit velocity of 91 MPH. He remains balanced throughout the swing and does a nice job of spraying the ball gap to gap.

Defensively, Vercollone showed a live arm from the outfield, with a velocity of 88 MPH on his throws. His feet are athletic and allow him to break down well to field the ball. His glove is relaxed and transitions well through the play. He finishes well through the play, using a long, quick arm-swing.

6-foot,150-pound right-handed hitting outfielder. He ran a 6.69 sixty at the event. The. approach in the outfield is aggressive and online with his athleticism. The arm is quick and he threw 80 mph from right field to the plate. The bat has an exit velocity of 85 mph. The setup is even in base and the front foot is open to start. The front foot closes down and gains ground to the baseball as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The path is uphill and quick as the hands work extremely well. He turned in an impressive workout with us.
