6/5/2018

6-foot-4, 155-pound right-handed pitcher. Extremely long and wiry right-hander with a big amount of projection if he can get his parts timed up. The fastball touched 82 mph, a jump up from the last time we saw him. The control of the fastball needs to improve, however, he is still growing into his frame. The spin pitch is wide and big, sat at 67 mph. The changeup is 72 mph, needs s spin fix. The lift is athletic, tempo is quick. The glove side has a great deal of pull to it, causing him to be stretched out at foot strike. The bottom half has a small amount of forward lean to it. Tracking the front shoulder and getting the glove inside his frame are imperative to him making a jump in command and stuff. The raw ability is there.

6-foot-4, 155-pound long and lanky right-handed pitcher. The projection for this arm is excellent. Currently he has many moving parts, as the tracking of the front shoulder needs to be more direct and the glove side needs to be harnessed in order for him to reach maximum extension and velocity. The fastball touched 77 mph with occasional downhill plane to it. The spin pitch has a chance as it is already at 73 mph. The changeup is a work in progress, sits at 68 mph. Solid prospect with room to advance.

6-foot-1, 135-pound right-handed hitting outfielder and right-handed pitcher. The frame is outstanding and the projection is a no doubter. On the mound, the fastball touched 72 mph. The spin pitch touched 63 mph, wide as it needs more fastball to it. The changeup has action with sink and fade, sits at 64 mph. The delivery is slow and methodical. The tracking of the front shoulder into foot strike needs to improve as he matures. The arm works clean and he has tremendous length to it. The slot is plus ¾ and free. Good follow on the mound. Defensively, threw 76 mph from the outfield with an athletic approach. The glove is solid and he moves well. At the plate, showed a tee exit velocity of 72 mph. The set up is wide with his feet, getting them all the way under control is important. The swing is long to the ball, as he needs physical strength to aid his development.  Solid prospect to follow.
