FUTURE GAMES 6-foot-2, 175-pound right-handed pitcher. The outing in Georgia was by far and away the best I have seen him throw. The lift is repeated and athletic. The posture on the top half stays over his belly button, allowing his arm to be in the correct slot. The feet are online and he throws all his pitches with the same arm speed. The fastball sat 85-87, true in shape. The spin pitch is excellent in shape, sitting 75-76 mph with depth. The changeup is 75 mph, needs to continue to develop. Good looking mid D1 prospect on the mound.

6-foot-2, 175-pound right-handed pitcher. Continues to get better each and every time I see him. The delivery is good in tempo and he repeats the action. The lift is above waist height and the back has a small amount of arch to it. The tracking needs to be aligned to improve posture to reach peek potential. The arm is very quick but the slot is too high due to lack to tracking and glove pull. A small adjustment would launch his stuff. The fastball is 82-84 mph with good control. the breaking ball is hard times, sitting 73-74 mph. The changeup is thrown properly at 74-76 mph with fade and sink.

6-foot-2, 170-pound right-hander. They progression on the mound has been tremendous. The stuff is trending up and the arm is quick. The delivery is online with the feet, slot above 3/4. The tempo of the delivery is quick and repeated. He shows a good feel for all 3 pitches. The one improvement needed is the tracking of the front shoulder to the plate. He comes off target too soon, as there is more in the tank with better direction. The fastball touched 83 mph, minimal arm side run to the pitch. The spin pitch is a short slider, sitting at 73 mph. The changeup showed fade, sitting at 73-74 mph.

6-foot-2, 170-pound right-handed pitcher and infielder. On the mound, much improved. The fastball touched 81 mph. The breaking ball is 73 mph, very good at his age, correct in shape. The changeup is in play as well, sat at 76 mph. The delivery is online with his feet, slot above 3/4 . The tracking has improved as he stays with his arm. The lift is methodical and deliberate Quickening up the pace will aid a velocity jump. The glove is solid in the field and he moves athletically, throwing 78 mph. Threw 85 mph from the outfield as well, moving well through the ball. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 78 mph. Starts with his feet wide, small pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches. Small bat wrap prior to the start of the swing. The path needs to be flattened.

6-foot-2, 155-pound right-handed hitting outfielder and infielder. Also toes the mound at the events. Jack has been to a couple events now and is trending the appropriate way with his game. Physical strength is needed to aid his development but the raw tools are good. Ran a 4.59 down the line on his dig to first base. Threw 80 mph from the outfield out of an aggressive approach to and through the ball. Solid defender in the outfield. Threw 77 mph across the diamond from third base. The glove is solid and the arm plays. The foot work to and through the ball at the hot corner needs to improve as he matures. Offensively, tee exit velocity of 78 mph. Hits out of an even footed set up, high hands. The path is in and out of the zone, flattening the path will aid contact point. Does make solid contact in at bats every time I see him. In my world, you can either find the barrel with the bat or you cant hit, regardless of how your swing is. He finds the barrel. On the mound, the fastball touched 78-79 mph, threw at the end of the event so factor that in, probably normally a low 80’s guy. The slider is 70-71 with good action. Pitches out of a plus ¾ slot, good leverage and slight head lean as he makes his way into foot strike. The tracking of the front shoulder needs to improve as he progresses. Arm works cleanly and he gets it out front quickly. Interesting follow on the mound.

6-foot-2, 155-pound right-handed pitcher and outfielder/infielder. Threw 77 from the outfield and 75 mph from the infield respectively. Solid approach in the outfield and the arm projects to be above average as he matures. The glove is average in the infield and the prep steps to the ball need to be incorporated. Showed versatility and good athleticsm. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 77 mph as the frame needs additional strength. Starts with a wide base and initiates the bat into a long swing. Finished with a 1-handed approach. The frame is projectable and will fill out nicely. On the mound, fastball touched 78 mph with arm side run and sink to it. The spin pitch is 71 mph, with good shape to it. The changeup is a work in progress. Threw well in the game and I like on the mound. The slot is slightly above ¾ and the arm works short on the backside and quick out front. The tracking of the front shoulder and his direction needs to be cleaned up and this guy could be a dude down the road on the mound.

6-foot-1, 150-pound right-handed pitcher and outfielder. Threw 78 mph from the outfield with an athletic approach and clean throwing arm. Fits the profile of an athletic and long outfielder with potential. The bat has plenty of potential to it, tee exit velocity of 79 mph. The stance is athletic, frame is wiry. The hands work clean and he shows a flat path to the ball. Showed pop in the bat during the session. Chance to be a guy with the bat. On the mound, the fastball touched 81 mph with a downhill plane to it. Threw 2 different types of spin pitches, both showed good shape to them. The breaking ball was 63 and a slider at 67 mph. The changeup is a work in progress, sitting at 69 mph. The delivery is athletic and the frame projects. The slot is slightly above ¾. The tracking of the front shoulder needs to improve so his direction to the plate can be linear. Tons of potential on the mound with adjustments in direction and stable glove side. Good follow.

2018 FUTURE GAMES 6-foot-2, 170-pound right-handed pitcher and utility guy. Had a good showing at the event. Ran a 6.87 sixty on the laser at the event. Threw 86 mph from the outfield, he can play the corner outfield position. The ability to play first base is there as well. He is a very good athlete and can do a couple different things. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 82 mph. The set up is wide in base, uses a pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The swing is long to contact, needs better direction at the initiation of the swing. Cuts off his finish after contact. On the mound, the fastball touched 84 mph, minimal arm side run to the fastball. The spin pitch is big in shape, sat at 68 mpp, as it needs more fastball hand speed to it. The changeup is a developing pitch. The delivery is online with his feet, above ¾ in slot. The arm works clean, tracking needs to improve to reach the full potential. I like him on the mound as a prospect, potential two way guy at a lower level in college. I think he will be a good one on the mound.
