Jack Tarbox: SS/RHP, (2026) Barnstable, MA. 6-foot-1, 170-pound lean athletic frame. Athletic and projectable at the plate, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 92 mph. (67.7 mph bat speed average). (20.4 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced open stance with a small load, then uses a closed small stride. Has a simple loose swing plane, developing bat speed and good extension on his finish. Had loud contact and found lots of barrels. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic and projectable in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 84 mph; has developing soft hands, developing athletic feet, and a natural exchange. Laterally, movements were developing athletically and fielded the ball out front. Showed a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action with consistent accuracy to the base. Recorded a time of 7.52 in the 60-yard dash. Athletic projectable on the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle with a loose consistent arm action while showing above average arm speed. Feel type pitcher who shows some effort. Displays in line shoulders and a consistent balance point. Lands closed with a falling off finish.
