The glove is soft and there is a need for prep steps to be added into the process. This will aid his ability to throw and improve his range off the ball. Threw 62 mph across the diamond at the workout. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 69 mph. Sets up with his feet even, small pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches. Needs to load his hands to create separation for the swing to smooth out.
