The 5-foot-6, 175 pound right-handed hitting infielder/catcher had a tee exit velocity of 63 mph.  The initial set up is balanced and square. The load is short and the hands move back to a good position.  The bat path is flat and extension is short.

In the infield, he does a good job of moving the feet pre pitch.  After contact, he gets into a good fielding position, both with the feet and the glove.  As he fields, he works through the ball in line with the target.  He was 58 mph across the infield.

Behind the plate, he starts out in a good square stance, with the glove relaxed and centered in the chest.  The transition to throw is low and he stands up a little quick.  The hips move into a square position to throw and is in line with second base.  The arm swing is clean and showed at 62 mph.

On the mound, he worked out of a lower ¾ arm slot.  The delivery was simple and he did a nice job of working in line down the mound.  The arm is fluid but the slot cause him to get under the ball a little. His fastball was 54-57 mph with some arm side run.  He also worked in a breaking pitch at 53 mph.
