Stephen Wiltshire: SS/C, (2027) Millbury, MA. 5-foot-11, 165-pound athletic lean build. Above average and projectable during batting practice, Wiltshire clocked an exit velocity of 85 mph. (67.8 mph bat speed average). (20.3 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced open stance with a controlled load, then used a closed small stride. Bat speed was quick developing, showed an uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Barreled up lots of balls with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic and projectable while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 71 mph; had a natural exchange, developing athletic footwork, and developing soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic developing. Had a high ¾ slot and a loose consistent arm action. Clocked a time of 7.4 in the 60-yard dash.
