6-foot-2, 160-pound right-handed pitcher. The fastball touched 81 mph, excellent arm side run to the fastball as he comes at the hitter out of a low ¾ slot. His ability to control the ball will be key in the future. The spin pitch is good in shape, 71-72 mph, needs to continue working on keeping it short and small in break. The changeup is developing, sat at 73-75 mph, minimal fade to the pitch. The delivery is online with the feet, the slot is minus ¾. The tracking of the front shoulder is key for him, he has to stay locked on with the front shoulder until the stride foot lands. The lift is quick in tempo and the delivery is repeated. Interesting follow as a college reliever.
6-foot-2, 150-pound right-handed pitcher. Good looking young arm, the fastball touched 80 mph. The run and sink to the fastball are above average. The spin pitch is 60 mph, needs more fastball hand speed to it. The changeup has the correct shape and spin to it, sits at 67-69 mph. The delivery comes at you out of a ¾ arm slot. Be aware of keeping the elbow above his shoulder plane. The tracking of the front shoulder is done appropriately. The backside of the arm swing is short and the arm path is long out front. The lift is athletic and the feet are online. Handles the running game appropriately, 1.3-1.46 to the plate out of the stretch. Projects well on the mound.
