5-foot-10, 170-pound right-handed hitting catcher. Ran a 7.86 sixty on the laser at the event. The catching is improving as he matures, pop time of 1.99. Threw 74 mph down to second base during the workout. The transfer can still be cleaned up with better footwork and strength. The receiving soft and he moves athletically behind the plate. Securing the catch still is a work in progress. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 82 mph. The setup is wide in base, front foot gains ground as the ball approaches. The path is long and flat to contact. Solid player and still improving.

5-foot-10, 155 pound right handed hitting catcher  Threw 70 mph (2.03-2.09 pop time) from behind the plate. The stance is narrow and gets a tall moving into the throwing position.  The exchange is good and the arm swing is short.  In the infield, the feet move well and the glove gets into a good fielding position.  The bat has a tee exit velocity of 83 mph.  The set up is a wide balanced stance.  The hands move back quietly into the launch position. The stride is short and on time. The bat path is flat and gets good extension through the swing.  Produced a lot of hard line drives during his rounds.  Shows the ability to drive the ball gap to gap.  Good looking hitter.  He’s a guy to follow.

5-foot-8, 155-pound right-handed hitting catcher, continues to develop and show a solid skill set. Threw 70 mph down to second base during the defensive portion of the workout, pop time of 2.10. The framing is trending appropriately as he has a feel for catching. The transfer can be cleaned up with cleaner footwork as the gets into the transfer. Ran a 4.94 on his dig to first base at the event. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 82 mph. Starts with a wide base, small pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches. The swing is long and strong to the ball, showed the ability to make solid contact. Does a good job of getting the hands loaded to initiate the swing.

5-foot-7, 155-pound right-handed hitting catcher. Threw 68 mph from behind the dish in the catching portion of the workout. The transfer and throwing is trending the appropriate way. Solid job receiving in the bullpens, good frame for the position. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 80 mph. Stance is athletic and wide in base. Uses a knee to knee approach on the bottom half as the ball approaches the zone. The path is clean to the ball and the hands work freely. Small bat wrap prior to initiation of the swing. Made hard contact throughout the batting practice session. Ran a 7.81 sixty at the event.

Right-handed hitting catcher that shows a good feel behind the dish. Pop time of 2.3 right now as the body needs to mature and get stronger. The footwork behind the dish needs to continue to improve as does the arm strength. The receiving is soft and he moves well behind the dish. Threw 61 mph down to second base during the defensive portion. Ran a 5.22 down to first base on his dig. At the plate, has a tee exit velocity of 74 mph. The set up is slightly wide with relaxed hands to start. Picks up and puts down his foot in a small fashion as the ball approaches. The path is simple and flat to the ball, finds the barrel often.
