Rian Gardner: RHP/1B, (2025) Plymouth North High, MA. 185-pound projectable athletic build. Projectable at the plate, the hitter clocked an exit velocity of 87 mph. Began in a wide closed stance with a controlled load, then used a small stride. Bat speed was developing quick, had an uphill loose swing plane and high finish. Barreled up multiple balls with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Projectable in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 78 mph; has consistent developing feet, developing soft hands, and a natural exchange. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Used a consistent arm action with a ¾ slot while showing decent accuracy to the bag. Projectable on the mound, had a ¾ arm angle and a consistent arm action with developing arm speed. Feel type pitcher and showed some effort. Displays in line shoulders with a consistent balance point. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 78-79 mph; had running sinking action and arm side control.
