2.21.16 - Projectable frame at 6-foot-2, 200-pounds. Controlled delivery with nice tempo and rhythm. Lower half works well and gets good involvement. Longer clean arm action throwing from an almost over the top arm angle. Falls off slightly to first base side at finish. Pitches with some effort and repeats delivery well. Like intent on the mound. Fastball has late run and sink to the pitch at 83 mph. throws a heavy ball. Breaking ball has 12/6 action with tight rotation and late break with potential to be a power pitch at 69 mph. Changeup has hard dive to the pitch at 74 mph. Keeps near fastball arm speed on all off speed pitches. Interesting prospect to keep an eye on in the 2017 class.
