Body: 5’9’’,145 pounds. Athletic, wiry body type.
Hit: RHH. Hits from a balanced, slightly open stance at the plate. Smooth, rhythmic back load with really nice hand separation and a shorter stride. Hands are direct to contact with a more level swing path, creating solid extension through the zone. Keeps his hands inside the ball well, keeping his hands inside with some barrel control and a smooth gap-to-gap line drive approach.
Power: 82 mph exit velocity during BP per TrackMan. Some pull side pop with more projected as he continues to add strength to the frame.
Arm: RH. C - 71 mph. Throws with shorter arm action from a high three-quarter slot.
Defense: Pop times ranged 1.94 -2.15. Replaces feet well with really nice momentum towards the target. Quick, active feet with clean exchanges and accurate throws to the bag.
Run: 7.95 60-Yard Time.
Delivery: Starts with a wide base, into a chest high leg kick. Works down the hill towards the target. Gets out over his front side consistently. FB showed some cut action.
Arm Action: RH. Low three-quarter arm action.
FB: T76 mph, 74-76 mph. Average spin rate of 2076 rpm per TrackMan.
