Body: 5’10’’, 153 pounds. Athletic body type.
Hit: LHH. Hits from a tall, balanced stance at the plate. Quick, rhythmic back load with solid hand separation and some quick twitch actions. Quick, repeatable stride and closes himself off slightly. Hands are direct to contact with an uphill finish and stay inside the ball well. Shows some barrel control with a solid middle of the field line drive approach.
Power: 80mph exit velocity during BP per TrackMan.
Arm: RH. OF - 74mph. Throws with longer arm action from an over the top slot.
Defense: Plays through the ball with quick, active feet. Fields the ball out in front on the outside of the foot and gathers at the chest. Quick transfers with a shorter crow-hop.
Run: 7.77 60-Yard Time.
Delivery: Pitches out of the stretch. Belt high leg kick down the mound towards the target. Delivery can be a little long, but will continue to develop with maturity. Was a little erratic with control, but nothing to be concerned about.
Arm Action: RH. Mid three-quarter arm slot.
FB: T76 mph, 74-76 mph. Average spin rate of 2100 rpm per TrackMan.
CB: 68-70 mph. Average spin rate of 2026 rpm per TrackMan.
CH: 70-73 mph.
