Utilized a gathered, slower lift and replace stride to initiate the swing through a slightly uphill path towards a two-handed finish. Really hit behind the baseball with easy lift to the pull-side gap. Blocked off the front side well, transferring energy upon impact; T88 mph exit (82 mph AVG) up to 326 feet. Lived on the barrel for 70% sweet spot.
Defensively: The primary backstop featured alternated stances in the crouch; traditional/right knee down. Pop times ranged between 2.18-2.25 with taller posture at the catch. Delivered an accurate 70 mph throw to the glove side of the bag. Room to connect more at release, then blocked with down angles.
