MD MoCo Fall Review 

Athletic body type and projectable 6’0’’, 175 pound frame. Hits from a balanced, athletic, square stance at the plate with some rhythm. High leg kick load and sits on back side with balance. Short to the ball with a more level swing path. Stays on the ball very well with good balance throughout the swing. Generates some lower half involvement and finishes swing with two hands. Middle to pull-side line drive approach with occasional pop. Recorded a 72 mph exit velocity. Plays through the ball at first base fielding it out in front with an athletic setup and strong base. Throws with long arm action from a three-quarters slot at 64 mph. Ran a 8.26 60-yard time. Pitches from the stretch with a high leg kick up to a tall balance point with hands set high just above the head. Clean hand separation and smooth downhill stride landing slightly closed with an athletic finish. Gets over front side well with good extension at release. Throws with long arm action from a mid three-quarter slot with easy effort. Fastball sat 66-67 mph and breaking ball was 53-55 mph with 11/5 shape. Change-up ranged 58-62 mph.
