Body: 6’4’’, 195 pounds. Projectable, athletic frame with perfect proportions. Hit: LHH. Balanced, even stance with loose hands playing with slight rhythm by the ear. Utilized a short leg lift stride getting back on the ground quickly allowing for an impactful, flat barrel to enter the hitting zone with burst. Hit into a stiff front side at a moderately upright postured position; recorded a 54% line drive rate via Trackman Baseball. Short, connected turns through the baseball allowing for high level bat to ball skills and confidence at the plate. Mostly used the middle / RCF side of the field during batting practice. Power: 92 mph exit velocity during BP per TrackMan. Doubles power with a mostly line drive launch to the gaps. Arm: LH. INF - 83 mph. Full arm circle with intent on the way through. Defense: Low, on-time footwork with attacking chest angles at the fielding window, played on the toes with a feel for lateral movements. Got in line to the target and let it rip while planting a strong backside drive leg (left leg) into the ground. Run: 6.93 60-yard time.
Delivery: Above-average pace to the delivery with a deep side rocker into a high stack with some hip coil; raced down the mound with solid connection in the body. Finished in an athletic position out over the front toe, sometimes falling off to the third base side. Hid the ball extremely well on his back hip before delivering, tough to see the arm until late. Arm Action: LH. High ¾ slot with a short, quick action on the way through. FB: T84 mph, 82-84 mph. Average spin rate of 1949 rpm. Lived down in the zone with sneaky carry to the plate. Extra reach on the front side allowing for increased jump at the plate (8.11 feet of average extension). CB: 67-69 mph. Average spin rate of 2076 rpm. Up to 10.6 inches of horizontal movement showing confidence out of the same FB window. CH: 73-74 mph. Killed spin with fade present (10+ inches of HM on average) projecting as a tough look on RHH moving forward.

Body: 6’4’’, 195 pounds. Strong, physical, projectable frame. Hit: LHH. Hits from a tall, open stance from the left side of the plate with weight slightly shifted on the back side. Short, smooth back load with a small leg kick. Creates good hand separation prior to launch. Stays behind the ball well with balance and creates quick bat speed through the zone. Uphill swing path with extension through contact, strong lower half involvement and two-handed finish. Power: 95 mph exit velocity per TrackMan during BP. Power present to both alleys with big time pop to the pull-side. Arm: LH. INF - 83 mph. Throws with shorter arm action from a mid to high three-quarter slot. Defense: Fields the ball out in front of the body from an athletic, solid base. Bounces off the bag at first with fundamental footwork and quick, clean exchanges to second on the double play feed. Run: 6.99 60-yard time.
1/11/20
Upright slightly open stance, small leg lift to stride, and lands on line. Hands load back in rhythm, vertical bat at separation, and some uphill tilt to the swing. Gap to gap power potential and swings with intent. Solid balance throughout and finishes the lower half with some aggression. Exit velocity was 87 mph. Defensively the feet were active on approach, glove presented out front, and had a clean exchange. Longer arm path and throws from a high three-quarter arm slot. 76 mph across the infield. Ran a 7.31 60. Cameron is a big strong body that has some pop from the left side and could be a factor in the middle of a lineup going forward. The big left hander worked primarily out of the stretch. Strong balance point, waist high leg lift, and a big stride down the mound with hips and shoulders elevated. Lands on line, gets over a firm front side, and finishes towards the plate. Short quick arm and throws from a three-quarter arm slot. Fastball was 76-77 mph, had some carry through the zone, and flashed some arm side run on occasion. The breaking ball had tight 1/7 shape with some late depth at 60-65 mph, but didn’t show a tremendous feel for the pitch. Changeup had arm speed and some swing and miss potential at 67-68 mph. This is going to be an arm to keep any eye on, as it was an easy low effort delivery and arm action with a big projectable frame. This would all indicate that there is more in the tank.
