Strides forward landing slightly open with a small pick up and put down. Quick flat bat path to contact with a slightly uphill finish. Lower half finishes with some violence and maintains some balance throughout. Exit velocity was 74 mph. Feet are active on approach, catches the ball out front, and uses a clean exchange. Longer arm circle and throws from a low three quarter arm slot at 78 mph. Home-1st time was 4.31. On the mound showed a small rocker step to balance point and moved forward with more of an up-down-out approach with minimal effort in the delivery. Shoulders are closed and slightly uphill as Day moves towards the plate. Lands closed at foot strike and finishes in a solid fielding position. Fastball showed some arm side run at times and sat at 72-77 mph. Curveball had 1/7 shape with a bigger break at 62-64 mph. Changeup had solid arm speed and was thrown at 64-68 mph.
