Aiden Friess: 1B/RHP, (2024) Williamston, MI. 6-foot, 225-pound. (66.8 mph bat speed average). (20.2 mph hand speed average). Starts in a wide strong stance with a controlled handsy load, then uses a controlled small leg kick. He barreled up multiple balls with a lot of loud contact. Raw projectable while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 74 mph; showed athletic in control feet, a fluid natural exchange, and firm consistent hands. Movements laterally were raw and he fields the ball out front. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.75. Solid on the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle with a loose quick arm action while showing good arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Has a tall balance point and even in line shoulders. Lands square with upright recoil finish. (Max spin 2019; Avg 1976).
