Begins in an open stance with a controlled load, then uses a toe tap. Bat speed is above average, shows an upward swing plane and high finish. Found some barrels with some loud contact. Up the middle approach. Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 80 mph; showed sure hands, choppy feet, and a clean exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were average. While catching, throw downs to second topped out at 74 mph; shows a clean exchange, consistent feet, and sure hands. Narrow setup with some flexibility. Had a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot with decent accuracy to the base. Solid on the mound, showing good arm speed he used a quick arm action with a ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses easy effort. Showed athletic balance point with even shoulders. Lands square with an upright finish. Threw his fastball 72-74 mph with a max of 76 mph; has a tight fastball that showed consistent control and running action. Has sweeping action and glove side control on his 11/5 curveball (68-69).
