Solid footwork in the OF, works through the baseball well. Clean mechanics with a 3/4 arm slot. Whippy arm and gets over his front side well. CH has good depth, FB has ASR and he has a sharp CB. Upright stance with quiet hands. Quick hands and gets the barrel through the zone. Good swing with some loud contact.

Brady Vannest: OF/RHP, (2025) Midland, MI. 5-foot-4, 120-pound. Confident in the box, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 81 mph. Started in a balanced tall stance with a smooth compact load, then used a long stride. Had some bat speed, short swing plane and high finish. He barreled up a couple of balls during the round. Line drive approach. From the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 68 mph. Recorded a time of 8.64 in the 60-yard dash. Projectable on the mound, showed lightning arm speed, also used a quick arm action and an over-the-top arm angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses some effort. Has a tall balance point. Sat with his fastball at 62-65 mph with a max of 66 mph; has command low in the zone. Shows sweeping action and command low in the zone on his curveball (52-55). His changeup (60-61) showed deceiving action and low in the zone control.
