Cameron Reichel: RHP/3B, (2021) Pennfield, MI. 6-foot-2, 185-pound. Athletic on the mound, where he showed good arm speed, also used a quick arm action with a ¾ arm angle. Tilt-and-topple type pitcher who uses some effort. Displays even shoulders with consistent balance point. Lands open with a recoil finish. Changeup (76-78 mph).Threw his fastball 81-84 mph; shows consistent command and running action. Has sweeping action and some command on his 10/4 curveball (70-72).
Pitching: On the hill a high waist long arm prospect has a aggressive approach, going right after hitters. Sits on his back leg and drives downhill. 3/4 arm angle release delivery. Smooth inning of work utilized his sweeping curve to set up his painted fastball.
Hitting: At the plate a physical framed right hand hitter crushed the first ball he saw 91 mph during BP. Gets his hands through the zone well making a solid turn to the left side of the field. Fun hitter to watch.
Pitching On the mound arrives to his balance point swiftly delivering from a low 3/4 arm angle . Big time movement on his fastball while commanding the inner half of the zone to a right hand hitter. Arm side run on the change up thrown with deception. Curve is a developing pitch with some spin. Interesting follow on the hill.
