Behind the plate, his best throw downs of the day reached a max velocity of 73 mph. While catching, his best recorded throw to second was clocked at 73 mph; recorded a pop time of 2.08-2.10. From an-over-the-top slot, showed some accuracy to the base with a long firm arm action. Athletic capable on the mound, showed some arm speed, also used a long arm action with an over-the-top arm angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses some effort. Displays downhill shoulders and a tall balance point. Lands hard with a falling off finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 78-80 mph; has sporadic command and lack of action with straight movement. (Max spin 2243; Avg 2171).
