6-foot-3, 200 pound strong bodied prospect. Loose quick arm action from the left side of the mound. Fastball is 80-81, curveball has a big break at 67-69 mph, and change-up at 76 mph. Good hands at first base, throwing 77 mph across the infield. Quick hands with a strong swing in a pull approach at the plate. Bat speed registered at 82 mph.

6-foot-3, 200-pound southpaw with long, lanky frame. Throws from low 3/4 arm slot with excellent run to a 78-81 mph fastball. Tends to land closed and throw across his body. Good deception. Tough matchup for left-handed hitters. Breaking ball shows sweeping action down into the zone at 60-64 mph. Changeup was a bit erratic at 73-75 mph. Excellent two-pitch guy at this stage. Potential DI arm guy out of the bullpen.

Callahan is a good looking athlete at 6-foot-3 195-pounds. He has long loose limber limbs. His fastball sat 75-78 mph. Although the velocity isn't there yet it is sure to come. His breaking ball has a chance to be really good. It was 12-6 and sharp. His change also has a chance and has some sink and depth. His arm just works well and projects really nicely. Expect Callahan to turn some heads once he makes his jump.
