Consistently barreled the ball to the middle of the field. 87 mph exit velocity. Athletic actions at SS while throwing sidearm across the diamond 84 mph. Fastball was 81-83 mph with good movement. Curveball has tight spin 66-67 mph, 74-76 mph change-up and 72-73 mph slider

Rush has an athletic 6-foot-2, 175-pound frame. His has a crouched stance with a wide base. He shows good rhythm with a good bat path and stays balanced with his swing. His exit velocity was 86 mph and his home-to-1st time was 4.31. On the infield, he shows good, smooth footwork with soft hands and an athletic lower half. His position velocity was up to 81 mph across the diamond. On the mound, he has a short, quick arm action from a 3/4 arm slot. His fastball sat 80-83 mph with late sink. His cutter was tight with late break at 76 mph. His curveball had 11/5 break to it and showed late depth at 68-70 mph while his changeup was thrown with good arm speed and sat 73-75 mph at the bottom of the zone.

Good actions in the outfield with an over-the-top arm action throwing 75 mph. Good footwork and soft hands at shortstop, threw 72 mph. Ran a 7.71 60-yard dash. Even to closed stance, good hand slot in a gap to gap approach from the left side. Bat speed registered at 82 mph.
