6/20/17- 6-foot-3, 210-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. Large durable frame. Strength only, medium balance point, ¾ arm action, slight pause on back-side, clean out front, lands inline with catcher. Fastball was 78-80 mph with occasional run and sink. Small break on 11/4 curveball at 66-68 mph. Cutting action on changeup; thrown at 70-71 mph. 7.57 runner. Slightly open stance, lower hand slot, some length to contact, lift through swing plane, gap to gap approach, flyball hitter, avg. pop in bat, 85 mph exit velocity. Heavier feet, avg. actions, long release on throws, inconsistent accuracy to bag, 75 mph arm across infield.

5/3/16- 6-foot-2, 200-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. 7.97 runner. Will be very physical presence on mound with maturity and strength gains. Short balance point, relatively clean arm action, inconsistent getting out and over front leg. Fastball was straight, solid command of zone, at 77-79 mph. Makings of solid breaking ball with 11/5 shape. Changeup was 70-73 mph; kept in bottom of zone. Tall athletic set-up, easy stride, loses posture at contact, some rhythm in hands, inconsistent contact, has strength, 85 mph exit velocity. Solid actions, soft glove, avg. range, clean arm action with solid carry to bag, 77 mph arm strength.
