8/2/16 - Douglas is a 6-foot 180-pound right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2017 class. Douglas worked 79-82 mph with fastball, showed a 76 mph cutter and 75 mph splitter, breaking ball has 12-to-6 shape, 68-72 mph, some flashing sharp break, forced contact from hitters, throws a heavy ball forcing mostly ground ball outs, allowed two hits, two strike out, faced nine batters, four ground ball outs, over the top release, smooth rhythm in delivery, in line stride, athletic finish.

2/15/16 - Douglas is a 6-foot 180-pound right-handed hitting outfielder and pitcher in Missouri’s 2017 class.  He ran a 4.65 home to first and has an exit velo of 86 mph. At the plate, balanced set up, raises hand and strides to load, level bat plane, quick hands, pull side line drives.  In the outfield, over the top release, clean arm action with fluid footowork and exchange, hands and feet in sync, 81 mph positional velo. On the mound, has a high three quarters release, repeatable delivery, rock step in wind up, in-line stride, throws with regular effort, body stays under control, smooth rhythm.  Fastball was 78-80 mph, slight run, curveball has 12-to-5 shape, change up at 71-75 mph, fastball arm speed, arm side release.

7/1/14 – Douglas is an athletic 5-foot-11, 170-pound right-handed pitcher. He has a high ¾ delivery. Douglas has smooth rhythm and throws with regular effort. Andrew throws with level shoulders and finishes in an athletic position. He had a fastball velocity range of 76-79 MPH with run. His curveball was at 61-64 MPH with 11/5 tilt. Douglas’s change-up ranged from 69-73 with near fastball arm speed.

7/1/14 – Douglas is an athletic 5-foot-11, 170-pound right-hand hitting utility player. He ran a 60 at 7.56 and home-to-first 4.68. Andrew throws from an over-the-top arm slot. His throws were accurate and had some carry. His position velo was 79 MPH from the infield and 78 from the outfield. Douglas has fluid feet with a clean exchange. At the plate, Douglas has an athletic setup with a smooth load and a short stride. He has good balance and a level bat path. Andrew produces gap-to-gap line drives. He had an exit velo of 79 MPH.
