Began in a balanced stance with a small load, then used a short stride to initiate his swing. Bat speed is average, uses short swing plane and high finish. Found some barrels during his round. Line drive approach. While in the infield, made throws up to 70 mph; shows choppy feet, a lengthy exchange and sure hands. Used a short arm action with a high ¾ slot. Recorded a 60 time of 7.78 at the event.

During batting practice, athletic stance with narrow base, quiet hands, minimal head movement, line-drive approach, showed some power to pull-side gap.
