2/17/17 - Harder is a 5-foot-9 157-pound right-handed hitting shortstop in Missouri’s 2018 class.  He ran a 4.39 home to first and has an 87 mph exit velo. At the plate, balanced set up, controlled leg lift, in line stride, smooth rhythm, has feel for the barrel, consistently squared up ball gap to gap during hitting evaluations. On the infield, 79 mph positional velo, high three quarters release, arm works, transfer in sync with footwork, soft hands, gains ground to 1B after the catch, mostly accurate throws. 

6/14/16 - Harder is a 5-foot-9 157-pound right-hitting second-baseman in Missouri’s 2018 class.  He has an 84 mph exit velo.  He runs a 7.19 60 and 4.46 home-to-first, one of the top RHH times of the event. At the plate, at the plate, balanced stance, short stride, repeats swing, swing produced pull side line drives, singled to left in game action.  On the infield, athletic actions, quick feet in sync with quick catch and throw, plays through the ball, accurate throws with carry, 75 mph positional velo.

11/1/15 - Harder is a 5-foot-9 150-pound switch-hitting shortstop in Missouri’s 2018 class. Harder ran a 7.16 60 and 4.34 home to first. He posted a 76 mph exit velo from the left side and an 80 mph exit velo from the right side.  During batting practice, similar tall and balanced stance from both sides, short stride, gap-to-gap approach, line drives to middle of the field, showed more power from right side.  On the infeidl, has a 78 mph positional velo, one of the top for the event, short over-the-top arm slot, quick catch and throw, fluid footwork, mostly accurate throws. Improvements to running times and positional velo from last event.

6/16/15 - Harder is a 5-foot-9, 145-pound switch hitting second baseman in Missouri’s 2018 class. He ran a 60 time of 7.35. Over-the-top arm slot, fluid footwork, quick/clean exchange, athletic actions. Position velo at 76 mph.  At the plate, Harder has an athletic setup with a smooth load. Swings from both sides produce line drives, middle approach. Exit velo right 81 mph, left 79 mph. On the mound, Max fastball velo at 74 mph. Over-the-top arm slot, regular effort, loose arm action, repeatable delivery.  Hunter worked at 72-73 mph with his fastball, slight run. 12-to-6 curveball, 64-67 mph. Change-up at 61-62 mph with near fastball arm speed, good sink.

1/19/15 - Harder is an athletic 5-foot-8, 145-pound middle infielder and right-handed pitcher from Nevada HS in Missouri. Class of 2018. Switch hitter, from the left side has a balanced set up, level bat path, simple line drive swing with flow, repeats, exit velocity 74 mph, good runner (4.15 home-to-first). From the right side balanced set-up, gets foot down early, simple and aggressive swing, uses whole field, squared the ball up well, finishes with extension, exit velocity mark of 79 mph. Showed athletic actions in the infield, clean exchanges, short high three-quarters arm action, arm works, very accurate arm. Talented, young switch-hitting middle infield prospect that has some swagger about him. On the mound showed an athletic delivery with rhythm, simple, repeats, three-quarters slot. Fastball with early arm-side run, 72-75 mph. Feel for a 11/7 breaking ball, 64-66 mph. Threw 56-60 mph change up for strikes, arm side fading action.
