The projectable 6-foot-1, 210-pounds, the right handed pitching Luley has strong legs, and demonstrated rhythm and fluidity on the mound. The right-hander operates from a high ¾ arm slot and has a quick, loose arm action with fastball arm speed on all pitches and repeatable mechanics. He showcased a fastball that topped out at 86 mph that was thrown with little effort. His curveball showed some depth in the 68-69mph range with 12-to-6 shape, and changeup in the 77-79 mph range that displayed sink when down in the zone.

Luley is a 6-foot-1, 185-pound two-way player who showed effectiveness on the mound, as well as a fundamental fielding and power potential at the plate. On the mound, Luley comes from a ¾ arm angle with a 78-82 mph fastball that has arm side run. He also showed an 11-to-5 breaking ball (64-66 mph) and a late moving changeup with some depth (71-74 mph). At the plate, Luley has an easy, level swing with strong hands to produce pull side power.
