1/31/16 - Ruble is a 5-foot-9 130-pound right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2018 class from St. Charles HS.  Ruble has an over the top release, lifts hand with leg, lands slightly closed, clean arm action, repeats delivery, high percentage of strikes, throws with regular effort, fastball 74-78 mph, curveball at 68-70 mph, 11-to-5 action, change up at 68-70 mph, slight sink, near fastball arm speed.  He ran a 7.90 60 and has an exit velo of 75 mph. At the plate, balanced set up, smooth load, quick leg lift to inline stride, level swing though hitting zone, middle to pull line drives.  On the infield, 74 mph positional velo, fields ball in athletic position, clean exchange, fluid footwork, over the top release, plays through the catch, mostly accurate throws.
