7/14/15 - Pani is a 5-foot-11 190-pound right-handed hitting catcher in the 2017 class.  Pani runs a 7.60 60 and has an exit velo of 87 mph, one of the top for the event. At the plate, open stance, small stride, loads hands, drove balls to both gaps in batting practice.  Behind the plate, had pop times in the range of 1.94 and 2.03, 75 mph positional velo, mostly accurate throws, feet and hands work together, clean echange, clean glove-to-hand transfer.

6/24/14 – Pani is a strong, athletic 5-foot-11, 190-pound right-hand hitting catcher. He ran a 60 at 7.99 and home-to-first 4.88. He throws from a high ¾ arm slot. Isaiah’s throws were very accurate and had good carry. His position velo was 72 MPH. Pani had a POP range of 2.03-2.10. At the plate, Pani has an athletic setup with a long stride. He shows fast bat speed with a slightly uphill bat path. Isaiah has good gap-to-gap power. He had an exit velo of 84 MPH.
