Brentz is a high level two way player, with an extremly projectable 6-foot-2, 175-pound frame. Recently, he was 94-96 mph off the mound, evelvating him to elite staus.

In the outfield, he moves very quickly to the ball, with an above average arm.

At the plate, Brentz has the ability to hit for both average and power. He generates very fast bat speed and handles pitches well in all parts of the zone, hitting the ball to all fields.
