2/21/15 - Thomas is a 6-foot-1 175-pound 1B/OF in the 2016. At the plate, Thomas has a tall/balanced stance, leg kick, quit hands, gap-to-gap approach, pull power, squared up balls during BP, 77 mph exit velo, 4.47 home-to-first.  At first base, 70 mph positional velo, high three-quarters arm slot, made all plays cleanly, soft hands, clean exchange. In the outfield, high-three quarters arm slot, fields the ball cleanly, momentum towards target, get behind ball, 75 mph positional velo.
7/15/14 – Thomas is an athletic 6-foot-1, 170-pound right-handed pitcher. He has a high ¾ delivery with average arm speed and smooth action. Jerod throws with easy effort and has balance through his delivery. Thomas had a fastball velocity range of 69-73 MPH with sink. His curveball was at 59-63 MPH with 12/6 tilt. Jerod also displayed a change-up that ranged from 58-59 with near fastball arm speed.
