2/19/18 - Ebersoldt is a well built 6-foot-3 205-pound right-handed hitting third baseman in Missouri’s 2020 class.  He ran a 4.44 home to first and has a 90 mph exit velocity. At the plate, balanced and athletic stance, pre-pitch rhythm in hands, controlled leg lift, strong hands with quick bat speed, body stays under control, swing produced middle to pull side contact, with pull side power.  On the infield, 79 mph positional velocity, high three quarters arm slot, fields ball in athletic position, gains ground with smooth footwork to throw, fluid footwork to the ball with clean exchanges.

2/18/18 - Ebersoldt has a high three quarters arm slot with loose action, arm works, clean delivery with smooth tempo, repeats, fastball worked 73-76 mph, some a a downhill plane, breaking ball has 11-to-5 shape, will throw for a strike, looks to be a good pitch with continued development, change up flashed sinking action, throws for a strike down in the zone, near fastball arm speed, big frame with more physical development left in the tank.
