2/21/15 - Orr is a 5-foot-9 160-pound OF in Missouri’s 2016 class.  At the plate, starts with open stance, low hands, leg kick, level path, consistent line drives to middle/pull side, 79 mph exit velo, runs 4.20 home-to-first. In the outfield, high three-quarters release, plays through the ball, quick release, 82 mph positional velo.  Athletic build with quick-twitch actions.

6/24/14 – Orr is an athletic 5-foot-9, 160-pound right-handed pitcher. He has a high ¾ delivery and loose arm action. Orr throws with some rhythm and level shoulders. His landing is in-line and he finishes in an athletic position. Mitchell had a fastball velocity range of 70-74 MPH. His curveball was at 50-56 MPH with 11/5 tilt and sharp break. Orr’s change-up ranged from 60-64 with near fastball arm speed.

6/24/14 – Orr is an athletic 5-foot-9, 160-pound right-hand hitting outfielder. He ran a 60 at 6.75 (top speed at the camp) and home-to-first 4.50. He throws from an over-the-top arm slot. His throws were very accurate with good carry. Orr works behind the ball and has good fluid footwork. His position velo was 81 MPH. At the plate, Mitchell has an athletic setup with a smooth load. He has fast bat speed with a strong lower half. Mitchell uses the middle of the field well and hits a lot of line drives. Orr had an exit velo of 79 MPH.
