6/24/14 – Orr is an athletic 5-foot-9, 160-pound right-handed pitcher. He has a high ¾ delivery and loose arm action. Orr throws with some rhythm and level shoulders. His landing is in-line and he finishes in an athletic position. Mitchell had a fastball velocity range of 70-74 MPH. His curveball was at 50-56 MPH with 11/5 tilt and sharp break.
