Positional Profile: 1B/RHP
Body: 6-foot-7, 220-pound large and physical frame with good projectability
Hit: RHH. At the plate starts with a neutral stance and weight preloaded into the back leg. Hands get set at shoulder height with a vertical bat angle. Hands work hard to the inside part of the ball and hits with some leverage. Quick two tap stride with developing balance. Barrel works flat through the zone with lower half working underneath the ball.
Power: 88 mph exit velocity in BP.
Arm: RH. INF-85 mph. High ¾ arm slot with a clean arm action.
Defense: In the infield attacks the ball with active feet and a feel for working around the ball. Fields the ball out in front of the body with developing glove action and soft hands. Shows good footwork around the bag.
Run: 7.60 runner in the 60.
Delivery: On the mound uses a big rocker style delivery with the feet working towards the first base side of the rubber. Drops heavy into the back leg and gets good push down the mound with some extension. Hands work up and down with the lower half and has a short glove side. Finishes with balance working towards the first base side.
Arm Action: High ¾ arm slot with short arm action on the back with a tight coiled release with good hand speed.
FB: 77-79 mph, slight arm side run and sinking action.
CB: 64-67 mph, lots of east/west action with loose spin.
CH: 73-75 mph, strong attack with fastball hand speed.
