Brickner has a lean frame, long limbs, room for growth as his body fills out. His delivery is compact with smooth movements, repeats with regular effort, controlled leg lift, in line stride, hides the baseball behind his body until release, clean arm action with an over the top arm slot. Fastball is 76-78 mph, thrown for strikes, curveball 62-65 mph, 12-to-6 shape, gradual action, near fastball arm speed, showed the ability to spin it for a strike, changeup is 68-71 mph at the event, arm side run.
