Roos has a smooth delivery, throws with some effort but body stays under control, over the top release, in stride, worked fastball and curveball during inning, challenged hitters and threw strikes, fastball at 82-84 mph, some on a downhill plane, breaking ball had depth at 69-70 mph, 2-to-7 shape, throws for strike.He ran a 4.46 home to first and has a 90 mph exit velo.  At the plate, starts with an open stance, smooth load with leg lift, short in line stride, takes swing with intent to hit ball hard, aggressive, mostly pull side line drives during batting practice, flashes power, strong frame.  In the outfield, 85 mph positional velo, throws left handed, works behind and through the ball with momentum, high three quarters arm slot, clean exchange working with feet, mostly accurate throws.
