Positional Profile: 1B
Body: 5-11, 175-pounds. Lean and projectable build with room for added strength and size in the future.
Hit: LHH. Starts with a neutral stance and upright posture with hands getting set at shoulder height. Short rocking load into the lower half. Leg kick stride with a good weight stack onto the back leg holding the balance. Level bat path and gets the barrel into the zone early and through extension. Rotational path with the hands with a strong top hand finish. Shows the ability to work the lower half underneath the ball efficiently. Maintains balance well throughout the swing. Has very quick hands through the zone and good overall bat speed. Shows good strength at contact.
Power: 95.6 max exit velocity, averaged 87.5 mph. 349’ max distance.
Run: 7.58 runner in the 60.
Delivery: Short rocker style delivery working to an easy pivot foot. Works to a high balance point with a slight lean back in the posture at the top of the delivery. Maintains good balance and body control throughout the delivery. Short strides down the mound with good hip rotation through the delivery. Works from the third base side of the rubber and strides directionally down the center of the mound with good direction.
Arm Action: LH. 3/4 arm slot with a short arm action.
FB: T85.1, 82.9-84.6 mph. Mostly straight shape with slight arm side run. T1843, 1816 average rpm.
