2/16/19 – Brennaman has a strong build and solid frame at 6-foot, 180-pounds, and is a corner infielder and right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2020 recruiting class. He ran a 7.02 60 and posted and exit velocity of 92 mph, highest at the event. During batting practice, Brennaman starts wide, small weight shift into load, rhythm with hands, feel for the barrel, quick hands, level bat path, ball jumps off barrel and showed hard contact to all fields during round. On the infield, he shows off his athleticism, momentum towards first base, quick transfer and release, clean quick arm action, positional velo of 88 mph, mostly accurate throws. On the mound, Brennaman shows a simple and repeatable delivery with some effort, high leg kick, accelerates down the mound, downhill tilt, clean arm action, high three-quarter release, fastball sits 84-87 mph, tops at 88 mph, thrown for a high percentage of strikes, curveball is 66-69 mph (at the event), gradual action, 11-to-5 type action, changeup is 69-73 mph (at the event), occasional arm side run and sink.

10.13.18 - 6-foot, 170-pound, long and lean, two-way prospect. Right-handed pitcher, impressed with his performance on the mound. Smooth and controlled rhythm, works on-line and lands square. Short, quick, live arm action from an over-the-top slot. Fastball, jumps out of the hand, straight action, locates down in the zone, sat 82-84 mph, touched 86. Curveball, 11/5 shape, sharp action, tight spin, thrown aggressively, feel for the zone, 72-74 mph. Changeup, straight action, thrown for strikes, maintains arm speed, 73-78 mph. At the plate, right-handed hitter, wide, athletic setup, small heel raise stride and smooth load. Loose hands, flat through the hitting zone, gap-to-gap approach and ability to backspin the baseball. 87 mph exit velocity off a tee. On the infield, natural on the move, soft, sure hands, plays through the baseball and clean exchange. Brennaman is an athletic 6-foot, 180 pound right-handed hitting infielder and right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2020 class. He ran a 7.02 60 and posted an exit velo of 92 mph. Brennaman was impressive in all aspects of his game.  At the plate, tall set up, smooth load, fast bat speed, short and level bat path, gap to gap approach, 92 mph exit velocity.  On the infield, soft hands, fluid feet, quick and clean exchange, plays through the ball, long arm action, high 3/4 arm slot, throws with carry at 88 mph. On the mound, He shows a simple delivery, slower tempo, works downhill, accelerates down the mound to an aggressive finish, high three-quarter slot, clean arm action.  Fastball had run at 84-87 mph and touched 88 mph, thrown for a high percentage of strikes. Breaking ball showed mostly sharp downward action, 73-74 mph, 11-to-5 shape,  74-78 mph changeup, slows arm, depth and arm side run.
