Voorhees University commit. Patrick showed an advanced approach at the plate, letting the ball travel and driving it to the backside twice, first a great piece of hitting for a 1B. After the Raiders gave up the lead late, he took it upon himself to secure the go-ahead runs by way of a 2R HR. The ability to stay through the baseball and trust his hands stood out, especially on the long ball which left the other way right down the line. He remains balanced in the box with a compact stroke and quiet lower half. Behind the dish he was steady and dependable, handling the staff with confidence and showing a solid frame that will continue to mature physically. Patrick’s feel for the game and ability to impact it on both sides makes him a key piece for Savannah Christian moving forward.
